On April 16th, 2012 @ 8:20 a.m. I asked Jesus to come into my heart.
I was wearing my MADD tshirt with the name of someone who had passed away due to a drunk driver. Lucy: Momma, why does it say 'Jason' on your t-shirt?
Me: That was the name of Miss Danielle's husband and he had an accident and went to live with Jesus.
Lucy: Will I live with Jesus?
Me: Yes, someday. If you love Him and ask Him into your heart.
Lucy: I want to ask Jesus into my heart. But I don't want to go live with Him yet. I want to stay in my house with you and Daddy.
The prayer that followed was so sweet and special as my girl and I sat on our kitchen floor. I'll never forget it.
